Overview

Account Transferability

Search.info.in accounts are strictly tied to the original account creator and are not transferable, assignable, or resalable, even in connection with the sale of your website.

  • Example: If a website changes ownership or management, the prior owner must cancel the existing Search.info.in account associated with that site. The new owner or manager must then sign up for a new, separate account under their own name.

Prohibited Clicks and Impressions

Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions is strictly prohibited to prevent the inflation of advertiser costs. Engaging in these activities will result in your account being permanently disabled. Prohibited methods include, but are not limited to:

  • Repeated manual clicks or impressions.
  • Offering incentives to users to click ads or generate impressions.
  • Using robots, spiders, or scrapers.
  • Utilizing automated click-and-impression-generating tools or any other deceptive software.

Note: Clicking on your own ads for any reason is strictly prohibited.

Webmaster Guidelines

In addition to the standards outlined in this agreement, Search.info.in participants are required to adhere to general webmaster guidelines. Search.info.in reserves the exclusive right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes invalid clicks and impressions.

Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your account, with or without cause, at any time. Search.info.in reserves the right to:

  • Terminate all or part of the Program at its sole discretion.
  • Suspend or terminate the participation of any Site for any reason.
  • Terminate, without notice, any account that fails to generate a sufficient number of valid ad clicks, referral button clicks, or valid ad impressions for a period of two (2) consecutive months or more.

Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose Confidential Information without prior written consent. "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:

  1. All Search.info.in software, technology, programming, specifications, materials, guidelines, and documentation relating to the Program.
  2. Click-through rates or other performance statistics provided to you by Search.info.in.
  3. Any other information designated in writing by Search.info.in as "Confidential."

Exceptions: Confidential Information does not include data that becomes publicly known through no fault of your own, is independently developed without access to our confidential data, is rightfully received from a third party, or is required to be disclosed by law.

No Guarantee

Search.info.in makes no guarantee regarding the volume of ad impressions or clicks, the timing of their delivery, or the amount of any payments to be made to you under this Agreement.

Publicity & Brand Features

You agree that Search.info.in may use your name and logo in presentations, marketing materials, customer lists, financial reports, website listings, Search Results Pages, and Referral Pages.

If you wish to use Search.info.in's trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features ("Brand Features"), you may do so only if your usage strictly complies with this Agreement and our official branding guidelines.

No Warranty

SEARCH.INFO.IN MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CONCERNING ADVERTISING, LINKS, SEARCH, REFERRALS, AND OTHER SERVICES, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT ADS, LINKS, AND SEARCH RESULTS ARE BASED ON NON-SEARCH.INFO.IN CONTENT, SEARCH.INFO.IN SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE DISPLAY OF SUCH ADS, LINKS, AND SEARCH RESULTS.


Limitations of Liability & Force Majeure

EXCEPT FOR ANY INDEMNIFICATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER OR YOUR BREACH OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND/OR PROPRIETARY INTERESTS RELATING TO THE PROGRAM:


  1. IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  2. SEARCH.INFO.IN’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO THE PUBLISHER FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE NET AMOUNT PAID BY SEARCH.INFO.IN TO THE PUBLISHER DURING THE THREE-MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

Neither party shall have any liability for failures or delays resulting from conditions beyond reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, terrorism, governmental action, power failures, or labor disputes).

Representations and Warranties

By enrolling in the Program, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information provided to Search.info.in is correct and current.
  • You own the Site(s) or are legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • You have the necessary rights and authority to enter into this Agreement.
  • You comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
  • Your Site(s) and any displayed material do not breach intellectual property, privacy, or consumer protection rights, and do not contain hate-related or violent content.

Your Obligation to Indemnify

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Search.info.in, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties from and against any third-party claims, liability, loss, and expense (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Program, your Site(s), or your breach of this Agreement.

Search.info.in Rights

Search.info.in owns all rights, titles, and interests (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in the Program, including ad-serving technology, search technology, and Brand Features. You will not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any Search.info.in services. You may not remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary rights notices.

Information Rights

Subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, Search.info.in may retain and use all information you provide, including Site demographics, contact details, and billing information.

Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Search.info.in. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not operate as a waiver. If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it is severable and does not affect the validity of remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by this Agreement.
